("Enelsis" or the "Company"), acting as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform visitors of our website and users of our contact form about how their personal data is processed.

2. Personal Data Processed
The following personal data is processed through our website:
- Via the contact form: full name, email address, telephone number, subject and content of your message, date and time of submission, preferred language.
- For security purposes: the IP address of the device from which the form was submitted.
- Via cookies: your language preference and cookie preference (strictly necessary cookies); and, only with your explicit consent, anonymised usage data such as pages visited, visit duration, device and browser information (analytics cookies).
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to questions, suggestions and requests submitted through the contact form,
- Evaluating quotation and information requests regarding our products and services and contacting you,
- Ensuring the security of our website and preventing misuse (spam, automated submissions, etc.),
- With your explicit consent, compiling statistics on website usage and improving our service quality,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Processing being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract to which you are a party (quotation and information requests) – Art. 5/2-c,
- Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (website security, IP logging, responding to requests) – Art. 5/2-f,
- Your explicit consent (analytics cookies) – Art. 5/1.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by fully or partially automated means, when you fill in the contact form on our website and through cookies while you browse our website.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to the following parties:
- Email and hosting service providers we use to deliver contact form messages to us by email,
- With your explicit consent, Google LLC (Google Analytics) in the context of analytics cookies. This constitutes a transfer abroad and is carried out solely on the basis of your explicit consent.
- Legally authorised public institutions, to the extent required by our legal obligations.
Contact form messages are not stored in a database on our website; they are only delivered to the Company's email account.
7. Retention Period
Personal data submitted through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your request has been concluded, after which it is deleted or anonymised. In the event of a legal dispute, data may be retained for the applicable limitation periods. Cookie retention periods are set out in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
9. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding the above rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing with identity documents by registered mail to "İstiklal OSB Mah. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
10. Changes
The Company may update this notice in line with changes in legislation or in its data processing activities. The current version is always published on our website.
